Our debt recovery team is an integral part of the firm and provides assistance to a variety of clients – from high volume, low value hire purchase repossessions claims to high value specialist and international assignments as well as now acting for a number of collection agencies and credit insurers.

> All forms of enforcement of outstanding judgments

The department can cater for one off individual instructions through to high volume referrers and works closely with the commercial litigation department. An IT based system enables us to provide our clients with an update on the state of their collections.
